Labour Relations Committee meetings

5-7 July 2015, Basel

ECEG, alongside other national employers’ associations and companies, participated in the International Chemical Employers Labour Relations Committee meeting on 5-7 July in Basel.

Among other topics, the meeting focused on the latest ILO activities and developments, bipartite global social dialogue between the LRC and IndustriAll Global as well as the working programme of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE).

Participants agreed both on the further activities of the LRC and the bi-partite social dialogue with industriAll Global.

5-7 July 2016, Geneva

LRC President, Mr. Matthias Dipper, and LRC General Secretary, Mr. Lutz Mühl, were invited to an informal meeting in Geneva.

During two days, the ECEG discussed with Mr. Roy Chacko, Senior Advisor at the ILO’s Bureau for Employers’ Activities (ACT/EMP), Ms. Thannaletchimy Thanagopal, Adviser at the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), Finish, Belgian and German employer representatives latest developments at the IOE and ILO levels as well as future plans for the committee, i.e. cooperation with industriAll global, and sectoral ILO activities.
